Rays of Hope Charity Lunch

Here are some pictures from the Rays of Hope ladies charity lunch.  I had the pleasure of DJing to 300 women on  a Sunday afternoon at the Glynhill Hotel in Renfrew.  We had lots of fun and surprises, and of course dancing.  Below is Tony Fitzpatrick and Edith Forrest playing our equivalent of the heads and tails game, we call ours BOOBS and BUMS.  It was an incredibly successful event with over £16000 being raised for a wonderful charity.  Next years event is already in the diary and planning has begun to make it bigger and better.

Charity DJ – Event

After a unexpected lay off, my first official gig back with be for the Rays of Hope Cancer Support group.  I will be hosting the Ladies Lunch at the Glynhill Hotel in Renfrew.  We will have a drinks reception on arrival, 2 course lunch and then fun, games and dancing with myself until 5.30pm.

Recently I found myself in hospital and have had to have some rather major surgery.  It has put me out of action for a good few months and I’m still in hospital as I type this.

I just want to say thanks to all my clients who I was able to work with to transition them onto new DJ’s for their Weddings and Parties.   I pride myself on my service and I understand the stress that happens in the lead up to your big day.   Having a supplier cancel such last minute is not what you want to hear.  I was able to sort out 15 events with new very respected DJ’s that the client was happy with and all went very smooth.

I now look forward to making a full recovery and getting back to what I love and do best DJing!!!

It is the Lamont Farm Open weekend on Saturday 30th June and Sunday the 1st of July 2018.

On the Saturday I will be down supplying some music to get the party started.  They will also have Face Painting, Pony Rides, Tombola, Raffle, Home Baking, Sweetie Tombola (always popular!), Fairground attractions, Snack Van, Nearly new stall and much, much more 🙂

Entry is £1.50 per person (except babies) and we are open from 1 till 4pm (please note the farm will not be open to visitors before this time – this will allow us to get organised).
